Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 56 (“Motion”) came on for hearing.

After considering the written submissions in support of and in opposition to the Motion

and the records and documents on file in this case, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT

the Motion is GRANTED and judgment shall be entered in favor of Eva Weinberg and

8

against Plaintiffs SalandStacy Corp., Salvatore Feli, and Stacy Feli (“Plaintiffs”).

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs take

nothing, that the action be dismissed on the merits and that Defendant Eva Weinberg
