ORDER AND JUDGMENT GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT 86 by Judge Stephen V. Wilson. The Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES AS FOLLOWS: The Court finds the settlement was entered into in good faith, that the settlement is fair, reasonable and adequate, and that the settlement satisfies the standards and applicable requirements for final approval of this class action settlement. In addition to any recovery that Plaintiff may receive under the Settlement, and in rec ognition of the Plaintiff's efforts on behalf of the Settlement Class, the Court hereby approves the payment of an incentive award to the Plaintiff, in the amount of $10,000.00. The Court approves the payment of attorney's fees to C lass Counsel in the sum of $207,000.00. The Court approves the reimbursement of litigation expenses in the sum of $5,086.68. The Court approves and orders payment in the amount of $12,000.00 to CPT Group, Inc. for performance of its settlement administration services. Refer to document for details.
