All parties who have appeared in this action—Robbins Research

4 International, Inc., Steven Paul Doyle, Anthony Robbins, NeedBasedApps, LLC,
5 and Mark Geller (collectively, “the Parties”)—through their respective counsel,
6 have stipulated that the above-captioned related and consolidated actions (Case Nos.
7 2:12-CV-00797-GW-JEM, 2:13-CV-01316-GW-JEM and 2:13-CV-01390-GW8 JEM) (the “Actions”) have been settled in their entirety pursuant to a written

9 settlement agreement.

Pursuant to the stipulation of the Parties, under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the

11 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Actions in their entirety, including all claims,
12 counterclaims and orders of the Court in them, are hereby dismissed with prejudice;
13 however, this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the confidential
14 settlement agreement entered into by the Parties.

The Parties shall each bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs.
