William J. Fujioka, CEO (collectively, the “Defendants),
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendants
shall have judgment in their favor against Plaintiff.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff’s
claims are dismissed, with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff
