P. 41(a)] 19 20 WHEREAS, Plaintiff Jeff Deane doing business as Jeff Deane & Associates 21 (“Plaintiff”) brought the instant action against Defendant Apex Broadcasting, Inc., a 22 South Carolina corporation (“Defendant”). 23 24 WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into a full and final settlement of the instant action. 25 WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant have stipulated that the instant action should 26 be dismissed with prejudice and that the parties shall bear their own attorneys’ fees, costs 27 and expenses pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 28 1 ORDER DISMISSING THE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE 1 2 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the instant action is dismissed with prejudice.
