CONSENT JUDGMENT by Judge R. Gary Klausner in favor of State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control against Dickie Van Breene, individually and doing business as DD & Associates LLC, and Duke Dulgarian, individually and doing business as DD & Associates LLC. Settling Defendants, jointly and severally, shall pay to Plaintiff the total sum of $137,500. By no later than thirty (30) calendar days, settling defendants shall provide to Plaintiff copies of any and all records, docum ents, and information within their possession or control, or that of that agents, relating to (a) ownership, operation or control of the Site, (b) the purchase, storage, use, handling, generation, treatment, transportation, or disposal of hazardous substances in connection with the Sire; (C) releases and/or threatened groundwater, and (d) removal, remedial or response actions conducted by any person at the Site.
