CONSENT DECREE by Judge R. Gary Klausner in favor of State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control against Duke Dulgarian, The Estate of Dick Dulgarian. Settling defendants shall collectively pay to Plaintiff the total sum of two hundre d fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00), which shall include all of the costs, related to the negotiation, and approval and entry of this Consent Decree. Defendants shall provide within 30 calendar days copies of any and all records, documents, and information within their possession or control, or that of their agents, relating to (a) the ownership, operation or control of the site.
