1 [PROPOSED] ORDER 2 HAVING FOUND GOOD CAUSE APPEARING and having considered 3 the parties’ moving and opposition papers, the Court hereby grants Plaintiffs’ motion 4 for appointment of Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP (“Wolf 5 Haldenstein”) as interim lead class counsel and makes the additional following 6 orders: 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Wolf Haldenstein be appointed Interim 8 Lead Class Counsel and, as such, Wolf Haldenstein shall have the following duties 9 and responsibilities: 10 11 (1) authority to speak for the plaintiffs in matters regarding pretrial and trial procedure and settlement negotiations; 12 (2) make all work assignments in such manner as to facilitate the orderly 13 and efficient prosecution of this litigation and to avoid duplicative or 14 unproductive effort; 15 (3) coordinate all activities and appearances on behalf of plaintiffs and for 16 the dissemination of notices and orders of this Court (i.e., no motion, 17 request for discovery or other pretrial proceedings shall be initiated or 18 filed by plaintiffs except through Wolf Haldenstein); 19 (4) communications to and from this Court and for the creation and 20 maintenance of a master service list of all parties and their respective 21 counsel; and 22 (5) defendant’s counsel may rely upon all agreements made with Wolf 23 Haldenstein, or other duly authorized representatives of plaintiffs, and 24 such agreements shall be binding on all plaintiffs. 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
