King: In the materials submitted in support of Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement, the Parties state that they have entered into a Confidential Supplemental Agreement. (See Dkt. 302, Settlement Agreement 9.1.) We cannot fully evaluate the fairness of the settlement without examining the Confidential Supplemental Agreement.
