MINUTES OF MOTION FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT [DOCUMENT 322]; MOTION FOR ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS [DOCUMENT 323] Hearing held before Judge George H. King: Case called. The Court discusses with counsel the motion for final approval of class settlement. The Court is satisfied with the motion and the showing made therein. No class members are present with any oppositions or objections to the settlement. The Court approves the settlement as fair, reasonable and adequate, after having considered all relevant factors. Parties are ORDERED to send a Word version of the final proposed order approving the settlement. Court and counsel engage in colloquy regarding the motion for attorney's fees. Defendant's counsel withdraws all objections to costs. The Court, having heard from the parties, ORDERS defendant to file any objections to plaintiffs' records by July 5, 2016.
