Defendants intended to file their Response to Class Counsel’s billing records

2 (Dkt. 351) under seal, pursuant to (1) the Court’s June 27, 2016 Order (Dkt. 347),
3 which set forth a briefing schedule for Defendants’ response to class Counsel’s
4 billing records, and (2) the Court’s June 10, 2016 Order (Dkt. 334), which required
5 Class Counsel to file their billing records under seal.

Defendants inadvertently filed their Response using the incorrect CM/ECF

7 event, and the Response was not filed under seal as Defendants intended.
8 Defendants respectfully request that the Clerk or the Court remove from the public
9 docket the filing at Dkt. 351. Defendants will refile the Response using the correct
10 docket event.
