4 Definition, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendants' Motion.

Plaintiffs' third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh claims for relief in
6 Plaintiffs' Second Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint are dismissed
7 with prejudice.

Plaintiffs Majar Productions, LLC and Robert Siegel, and their
9 complaints, are dismissed with prejudice.

Plaintiffs' proposed class definition is dismissed with prejudice [or
11 stricken] to the extent that it exceeds three years prior to the first of the complaints
12 filed in these cases.
