MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS): Order re: Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment of Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP as Interim Lead Counsel (Dkt.26) by Judge George H. King: Plaintiffs' Motion is GRANTED. Wold Halderstein is hereby appointed as interim lead class counsel and, as such Wolf Haldenstein shall have the following duties and responsibilities: (1) authority to speak for Plaintiffs in matters regarding pretrial and trial procedure and settlement negotiations; (2) make all work assignments in such a manner as to facilitate the orderly and efficient prosecution of this litigation and to avoid duplicative or unproductive effort. (3) coordinate all activities, appearances, and the dissemination of notices and orders of this Court on behalf of Plaintiffs (i.e., no motion, request for discovery, or other pretrial proceedings shall be initiated of filed by Plaintiffs except Wold Halderstein); (4) communications to and from this Court and for the creation and maintenance of a master service list of all parties and their respective counsel; and (5) Defendants' counsel may rely upon all agreements made with Wolf Halderstein, or other duly authorized representatives of plaintiffs, and such agreements shall be binding on all plaintiffs.granting [] Motion for Appointment of Counsel (bp)
