SUMMARY JUDGMENT [34] 16 17 18 On February 27, 2014, Verizon Wireless Services, LLC filed a Request for 19 Leave to File Motion for Summary Judgment, based on the affirmative defense of 20 laches. (ECF No. 34.) On February 14, 2014, the Court granted leave to file an 21 identical motion for summary judgment in the related case Morris Reese v. T-Mobile 22 USA Inc., Case No. 2:13-cv-05199-ODW-PLAx (C.D. Cal. July 18, 2013). 23 Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Verizon’s Request for Leave to File Motion for 24 Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 34.) 25 The Court ORDERS Verizon to notice its summary-judgment motion for 26 hearing on Monday, April 14, 2014, to coordinate with the other defendants’ 27 summary-judgment motions.
