granted the motion to dismiss of defendants Nestlé USA, Inc. and Nestlé Prepared

Foods Company, Inc., dismissed the first amended complaint without leave to

amend and dismissed the action with prejudice,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and

DECREED that JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of defendants Nestlé USA,

Inc. and Nestlé Prepared Foods Company, Inc. and against plaintiff Maritza

Pelayo, and that plaintiff Maritza Pelayo shall take nothing from defendant Nestlé
