The Court having read and considered the Motion, and being otherwise fully appraised in 20 21 22 23 24 the matter, it appears to the Court that said Motion should be granted. It is therefore, ORDERED THAT the Plaintiff shall be awarded attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), in the amount of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
