MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REMANDING CASE by Judge Christina A. Snyder: On 9/19/2013, this Court issued an order to show cause why this case should not be remanded to the Los Angeles Superior Court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction 10 . There does not appear to be a basis for the exercise of this Court's subject matter jurisdiction, which would make removal of this action improper. Due to this lack of subject matter jurisdiction, the court declines to consider plaintiff's motio n for a temporary restraining order 7 . This case is hereby REMANDED to the Ventura Superior Court, Case number 56-2013-439566-CU-OR-VTA. ( Case Terminated. Made JS-6 ) Court Reporter: N/A.
