The Court granted Defendant FremantleMedia Australia Pty. 6 Ltd.’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Court also granted 7 Defendant FremantleMedia Australia Pty. Ltd.’s Motion to Dismiss for forum non 8 conveniens, in which Defendant Samantha Jade Gibbs joined. 9 The evidence and argument presented having been fully considered, the issues 10 having been duly heard, the Court determined it could not exercise personal 11 jurisdiction over Defendant FremantleMedia Australia Pty.
