Plaintiff was 21 not required to pay an initial partial filing fee. However, 22 Plaintiff was required to remit an authorization for withdrawal 23 from prison trust account so that monthly payments could be made to 24 the court. 25 To date, no payments have been received, as plaintiff has 26 refused to authorize the disbursement of funds from his or her 27 prison trust account. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause why 28 this action should not be dismissed without prejudice for 1 plaintiff's failure to authorize withdrawals from the prison trust 2 account. 3 '.
