On December 16, 2013, Plaintiff was granted permission

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 to file the above-referenced action
20
without prepayment of the full filing fee of $350.00. Plaintiff was
21
not required to pay an initial partial filing fee. However,
22
Plaintiff was required to remit an authorization for withdrawal
23 from prison trust account so that monthly payments could be made to
24
the court.

To date, no payments have been received, as plaintiff has
26
refused to authorize the disbursement of funds from his or her
27
prison trust account. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause why
28
this action should not be dismissed without prejudice for

plaintiff's failure to authorize withdrawals from the prison trust
2
account.

Plaintiff may file a response to this Order to Show Cause no

This authorization is furnished in connection with a civil action filed in the Central District of California.
I understand that this fee will be debited from my account regardless of the outcome of this action and that this
authorization shall apply to any other agency into whose custody I may be transferred.
