To date, Respondents have failed to file any response or objection to this 1 Application. Having considered the Application and papers filed in 2 support thereof, and good cause being shown, and the Court being 3 fully advised in the premises and there being no just cause for 4 delay: 5 6 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that at 9:30 a.m. on March 3, 2014, 7 Respondents Bobby Jones, Raymon Chadwick, Terry Johnson, Innovative 8 Group, Redwater Funding, LLC and Expectrum, LLC shall appear before 9 the Honorable George H. King, Chief United States District Judge, 10 Roybal Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 255 E. Temple 11 Street, Courtroom 650, Los Angeles, California, to show cause, if 12 there be any, why Respondents should not be held in civil contempt 13 for violations of this Court’s December 16, 2013 Order in 14 accordance with the Application filed by the SEC herein. Individual 15 Respondents are ordered to appear in person at the above time and 16 place. If they fail to appear in person, a warrant for their arrest 17 will be issued at that time. 18 19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any papers in opposition to the 20 SEC’s Application for an order holding Respondents in contempt 21 shall be filed with the Court (with a mandatory chambers copy 22 delivered to the chambers of Judge Pregerson at the time of filing) 23 and delivered to the SEC’s Los Angeles Regional Office at 5670 24 Wilshire Boulevard, 11th Floor, Los Angeles, California 90036, or 25 transmitted by email to counsel for the SEC, no later than February 26 18, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. PST, and that the SEC’s reply papers, if 27 any, be filed with this Court (with a mandatory chambers copy 28 likewise delivered to the chambers of Judge Pregerson at the time 2 1 of filing) and transmitted via email to Respondents no later than 2 February 24, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. PST. 3 4 IT IS SO ORDERED. 5 6 7 8 Dated: 2/4/14 ________________________________ GEORGE H.
