IT THEREFORE IS ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2013, plaintiff show cause in writing, if any he has, why leave to proceed in forma pauperis should not be denied and why this action sh ould not be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1915(g). Plaintiff is forewarned that his failure to file a timely response to this Order to Show Cause will be deemed by the Court as consent to the denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and to the dismissal of this action pursuant to 28 U.S. C. section 1915(g).
