JUDGMENT by Judge Percy Anderson: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' federal claims for violations of the Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, Regulation Z, and declaratory relief premised on violations of RESPA are dismissed w ith prejudice and Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs take nothing and that Defendants shall have their costs of suit. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (gk)

(“Defendant”), which dismissed all of the 21 federal claims asserted by plaintiffs Harry Haro and Lagrimas Haro (collectively 22 “Plaintiffs”) with prejudice, and declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over 23 Plaintiffs’ remaining state law claims and dismissed those claims without prejudice, 24 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs’ federal 25 claims for violations of the Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, Regulation Z, and declaratory 26 relief premised on violations of RESPA are dismissed with prejudice and Plaintiffs’ 27 remaining state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. 28 1 2 3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs take nothing and that Defendants shall have their costs of suit.
