Real Complaint filed: Trial Date: Dec. 16, 2013 N/A 1 The Court, having considered the Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice of 2 Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant Between the Lines Productions, LLC (“BTL”) and 3 Defendant and Counterclaimant Summit Entertainment, LLC (“Summit”), and 4 finding good cause therefore, enters the following order of dismissal: 5 1. BTL and Summit have reached a settlement resolving all claims at issue in 6 this case; 7 2. BTL hereby dismisses with prejudice all claims for relief it asserted 8 against Summit in this action in their entirety. 9 3. Summit hereby dismisses with prejudice all claims for relief it asserted 10 against BTL in this action in their entirety. 11 4. BTL and Summit shall each bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees in 12 connection with this action and the settlement thereof. 13 5.
