for hearing on January 12, 2015. The Court, having read and considered the
supporting points and authorities and evidence, having heard the arguments of
counsel, and good cause appearing therefore, ordered that Defendant’s Motion for
Summary Judgment be GRANTED. (Order Granting Motion for Summary
Judgment (Docket No. 33)).
In light of the foregoing, in accordance with the Order, and pursuant to Rule
58(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
