Durment’s Motion for Partial Summary 5 Judgment was denied and Endurance’s Motion for Summary Judgment was granted. 6 Durment then filed a Motion for Reconsideration regarding the Order on the 7 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Motion for Summary Judgment which was 8 denied. 9 10 11 Defendant the Burlington Insurance Company (“Burlington”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment which was granted.
