Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Defendant CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and Defendan t Garfield Beach CVS, L.L.C. and against Plaintiff Chanel LeMar as to all claims alleged in the First Amended Complaint filed herein; and 4. Defendants, as the prevailing parties, are entitled to their costs under Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d) and Local R ule 54. Within 14 days after entry of judgment, Defendants, as the prevailing parties, shall file and serve a completed Application to the Clerk to Tax Costs in compliance Local Rules 5-3 and 5-4.1. (collectively, 2 “Defendants”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on February 23, 2015 on 3 Plaintiff Chanel LeMar’s First Amended Complaint. Dkt. #34. The Court found the 4 matter appropriate for decision without oral argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b). 5 After considering the papers submitted by the Parties, the Court issued an order 6 granting Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. Dkt. #45. Therefore, 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that: 8 1. 9 Defendant CVS Pharmacy, Inc. with prejudice; This action be, and it hereby is, dismissed in its entirety against 10 2. 11 Defendant Garfield Beach CVS, L.L.C. with prejudice; 12 3. 13 and Defendant Garfield Beach CVS, L.L.C. and against Plaintiff Chanel LeMar 14 as to all claims alleged in the First Amended Complaint filed herein; and 15 4. 16 R.
