CONSENT JUDGMENT OF PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Otis D. Wright, II in favor of United States of America against defendants GM Manufacturing, David Yang, Mao L Yang, Mary Chen and their agents. If any defendant fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Decree, then defendants shall pay to the USA the sum of $5,000.00 in liquidated damages for each violation.
