JUDGMENT

WHEREAS, on June 25, 2015, this Court granted

21 Defendant Peerless Insurance Company’s (“Peerless”)
22 Motion for Summary Judgment in its entirety [77].

WHEREAS, on September 2, 2015, the Court granted

24 Plaintiff Sei Y. Kim (“Kim”) and Defendant Truck
25 Insurance Exchange’s (“Truck Insurance”) Stipulation
26 for Judgment Re Truck Insurance Exchange [90], in which
27 the parties requested that the Court enter judgment in
28 favor of Truck Insurance and against Kim.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, upon

2 the findings of the Court, that Judgment is entered in
3 favor of Peerless and against Kim, in accordance with
4 this Court’s previous Order granting Peerless’ Motion
5 for Summary Judgment [77].

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to this Court’s

7 previous Order granting Kim and Truck Insurance’s
8 Stipulation, [90] that judgment is entered in favor of
9 Truck Insurance and against Kim.
10

Judgment is therefore entered for and in favor of

11 both Defendants Peerless and Truck Insurance against
12 Plaintiff Kim.
