determination that there was no genuine issue as to any material fact and that Defendant

was entitled to judgment as a matter of law on all claims for relief alleged against him,

and in accordance with its Order of February 23, 2017, granting summary judgment,

IT IS NOW, THEREFORE, HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
6
DECREED, that Defendant David J. Shulkin, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, shall have
7
judgment in his favor on Plaintiff’s entire action.
