A copy ofthe parties' stipulation for entry of final judgment 4 is attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated by this reference. 5 Based thereon, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED. that 6 judgment shall be entered in favor of Security National as follows: 7 8 1. 9 Judgment shall be and hereby is entered in favor of Security National as to the single claim for relief set forth in Security National's 10 Complaint for declaratory relief; 11 12 2 . Judgment shall be and hereby is entered in favor of Security National 13 and against Montebello on each and every claim set forth in 24 Montebello's Counterclaim; which Counterclaim is dismissed with 15 prejudice in its entirety; 16 17 3, Security National is awarded its costs in the amount of $2,893.13; 4 . There being no just reason to delay the entry of this judgment, this 18 19 ', 2 0 judgment is final and the Clerk is directed to enter this final.judgment 21 f orthwith pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
