Pursuant to the stipulation and request of the parties, and

good cause appearing therefor, IT IS SO ORDERED that the

government’s Verified Complaint for Forfeiture is dismissed with

prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule
2
41(a)(2).

The United States of America, its agencies, agents, and

officers, including employees and agents of the Drug Enforcement
5
Administration, as well as all agents, officers, employees and

representatives of any state or local government or law
enforcement agency involved in the investigation or prosecution
of this matter, are released from any and all claims, actions or
9
liabilities arising out of or related to the seizure and
10

retention of the defendant asset and/or this civil forfeiture
action, including, without limitation, any claim for attorneys’
fees, costs or interest which may be asserted on behalf of
Claimants against the United States.
Funds representing the defendant currency shall be returned

to Claimants through their attorney.
