II 1 On December 22, 2014, a Default by Clerk as to the 2 Complaint for Forfeiture was entered against the interests of 3 Henrik Grigoryan, Gevork Manukyan, Glen’s Truck Stop, American 4 Express, and all other potential claimants. 5 The Court having been duly advised of and having considered 6 the matter, 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 8 1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of 9 this action and over the parties. 2. 10 The Verified Complaint for Forfeiture states a claim 11 for relief. 3. 12 Notice of this action has been given in the manner 13 required by law. No appearances were made in this action by any 14 claimant.
