3 California Code of Civil Procedure Section 405.38 and awarding Modern Project
4 $21,557.54 in attorneys’ fees and costs against Plaintiff Elias Amkie, IT IS
5 HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a judgment shall be entered in favor
6 of Modern Project and against Plaintiff Elias Amkie, and that Modern Project shall
7 recover from Plaintiff Elias Amkie reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in the sum
