Based upon the parties’ Amended Stipulation for Award of EAJA Fees

18 (“Stipulation”), IT IS ORDERED that attorney’s fees under the Equal Access to
19 Justice Act (“EAJA”) are awarded in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND TWO
20 HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($4,250.00) (the “AGREED AMOUNT”) as
21 authorized by 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) and costs in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED
22 DOLLARS ($400.00) under 28 U.S.C. § 1920, and subject to the terms and
23 conditions of the Stipulation.
