The parties are obligated to comply with the terms of their settlement 7 agreement entered into on March 3, 2016, the material terms of which 8 are set forth in the accompanying stipulation filed by the parties; 9 2. By consent of the parties, the Court shall retain jurisdiction pursuant to 10 Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, 511 U.S. 375, 11 381-382 (1994) for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the settlement 12 agreement through June 24, 2016; 13 3.
