IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

The parties are obligated to comply with the terms of their settlement

agreement entered into on March 3, 2016, the material terms of which

8

are set forth in the accompanying stipulation filed by the parties;

By consent of the parties, the Court shall retain jurisdiction pursuant to

10

Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, 511 U.S. 375,

11

381-382 (1994) for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the settlement

12

agreement through June 24, 2016;

13

Except as provided for, in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, this case is

14

dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice, as to all parties, all claims, and

15

all counterclaims, and each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and

16

costs.
