On November 16, 2016, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause no later than

19

January 17, 2017, as to the status of settlement of this matter. (ECF No. 127.) This

20

followed the parties’ Notice of Classwide Settlement. (ECF No. 126.)

21

On January 12, 2017, the parties notified the Court that they expect to file a

22

motion for Preliminary Approval of the settlement on or before January 31, 2017, and

23

as such they requested that the Court continue the Order to Show Cause and the

24

corresponding stay of this action until that date. (ECF No. 128.) The Court granted

25

the request. (ECF No. 129.)

Then, on January 31, 2017, the parties filed a status report stating that they

27

continue to diligently work toward settlement and asking the Court to continue its

28

Order to Show Cause until February 15, 2017, at which time they expect to have

finalized settlement. (ECF No. 130.)

Based on the parties’ request, and good cause appearing therefore, the Court

3

hereby CONTINUES the Order to Show Cause and corresponding stay until February

4

15, 2017. No further extensions will be granted.
