Judgment is entered in favor of Sinofreight, LLC (Sinofreight) and against Gerber Plumbing Fixtures, LLC (Gerber) in the amount of $79,416.36 with respect to Sinofreight's claim for Common Counts against Gerber (consistingof $46,249.09 in damages, $21,803.97 in prejudgment interest and $11,363.30 in attorney's fees). 2. Judgment is entered in favor of Cathay Logistics, LLC (Cathay) and against Gerber in the amount of $322,296.95 with respect to Cathay's claim for Common Counts against Gerber (consisting of $288,775.00 in damages, $32,321.95 in prejudgment interest and $ 1,200.00 in attorney's fees). 3. Judgment is entered in favor of Gerber and against Amerifreight, Inc. dba Logistics Team (Logistics Team) in the amount of $1,016,796.97 with respect to Gerber's claim for Breach of Contract against Log istics Team (consisting of $280,587.00 in damages, $47,815.10 in prejudgment interest and $688,394.87 in attorney's fees). 4. Judgment is entered in favor of Gerber and against 19201 Reyes, LLC (19201 Reyes) with respect to Gerber s claim for conversion against 19201 Reyes. 5. Judgment is entered in favor of Gerber and against 19201 Reyes, Logistics Team, Cathay and Sinofreight with respect to Gerber's claim for Conspiracy to Commit Conversion. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). These consolidated actions were tried by jury beginning on February 28, 2017

21 with the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II, presiding. On March 9, 2017, the jury entered
22 their verdict with respect to all claims in these consolidated actions. On March 31,
23 2017, this Court entered Judgment with respect to all claims. On July 20, 2017, this
24 Court entered an order amending the Judgment to include awards of prejudgment
25 interest and attorney’s fees as set forth therein.
