The Petition is GRANTED. 11 2. The settlement of minors A.G., B.G., J.G., and M.G. in the total amount of 12 $140,000.00, is APPROVED as fair and reasonable. 13 3. The division of the settlement of $23,152.34 for Plaintiff Anthony Araiza 14 (A.G.), an eleven year-old male, D.O.B. October 9, 2005 and $11,666.00 in attorneys’ 15 fees is also approved as fair and reasonable, and the attorneys’ fees in this matter are 16 accordingly APPROVED. 17 4. The division of the settlement of $23,152.34 for Plaintiff Breanna Saldana 18 (B.G.), a nine year-old female, D.O.B. October 28, 2008, and $11,666.00 in attorneys’ 19 fees is also approved as fair and reasonable, and the attorneys’ fees in this matter are 20 accordingly APPROVED. 21 5. The division of the settlement of $23,152.34 for Plaintiff Josiahh Ledesma 22 (J.G.), a five year-old male, D.O.B. April 8, 2011 and $11,666.00 in attorneys’ fees is 23 also approved as fair and reasonable, and the attorneys’ fees in this matter are 24 25 26 27 28 accordingly APPROVED. 6. The division of the settlement of $23,152.34 for Plaintiff Mayya Ledesma (M.G.), a four year-old male, D.O.B. April 25, 2013 and $11,666.00 in attorneys’ fees is also approved as fair and reasonable, and the attorneys’ fees in this matter are accordingly APPROVED. 7. The County of Los Angeles will issue a check to the Law Office of L. 2 ORDER AND JUDGMENT GRANTING APPROVAL OF MINORS’ COMPROMISE 1 Wallace Pate, Attorney Trust Account in the amount of $140,000. The amount 2 attributable to each minor Plaintiff, A.G., B.G., J.G., and M.G., shall be placed into a 3 blocked account at Chase Bank located at 251 East Compton Blvd, Compton, CA 90220, 4 telephone: (562) 265-1308 (“Chase Bank”). 5 8. The blocked accounts at Chase Bank in each minor Plaintiff’s name shall be 6 such that the funds cannot be withdrawn without further order of this Court before the 7 minors reach majority. 8 9.
