2 CUTE OPTIONS, INC. (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant NOELLE, LLC (“Defendant”),
3 the only parties appearing in this action, by and through their counsel of record, and
4 good cause appearing therefore:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the
7 entire action and all claims asserted therein are hereby DISMISSED WITH
8 PREJUDICE; and

2.
All dates and deadlines in this action are vacated and taken off calendar,
10 including Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 7) and Motion to Stay (ECF No.
11 16).
