The above-entitled matter came before the Honorable Michael W.

Fitzgerald, United States District Judge, presiding in Courtroom 5A of the above-

entitled Court, pursuant to the Order to Show Cause re: Contempt against

Defendant Yovan Garcia, issued on February 12, 2018. (Docket No. 161). The
25
Court held a hearing on the Order to Show Cause on March 5, 2018.

Following the hearing, the Court modifies the Injunction as follows:
