Notice of this 19 action has been given in the manner required by law, and known 20 potential claimants Chun Tucker (“Tucker”) and the Republic of Korea 21 (“ROK”) have not appeared by filing a Statement identifying their 22 rights or interests with this Court. Further, known potential 23 claimants Tucker and the ROK have not filed an Answer to the 24 Complaint or otherwise defended their interests, if any, in the 25 defendant $100,000.00 Seized from Redstone Credit Union Account No. 26 ‘3207 (“defendant”). 27 28 Therefore, the Court deems that known potential 1 claimants Tucker and the ROK, and all unknown potential claimants 2 admit the allegations of the Complaint to be true. 3 ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all 4 rights, title, and interest of known potential claimants Tucker and 5 the ROK, and all unknown potential claimants in and to the defendant 6 are condemned and forfeited to the United States of America. 7 judgment does not apply to the interests of GS Caltex Corporation. 8 9 IT IS SO ORDERED. 10 DATED: March 10, 2017 11 12 13 ___________________________ HON.
