Defendant the U. S. Small Business Administration, an agency of the United

2 States Government (“SBA”), who originally removed this case to this Honorable
3 Court, having filed a Disclaimer of Interest for purposes of this action, disclaiming
4 all right, title and interest in the property sought to be taken by Plaintiff Metro.
5 (Doc. No. 11); and

Plaintiff Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority

7 (“Metro”) and Defendant 3339 Exposition Place, LP, having stipulated that the
8 interests of justice and judicial economy would be best served by remanding this
9 matter to the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los
10 Angeles:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be remanded back to the

12 Superior Court for the State of California, County of Los Angeles. Defendant
13 3339 Exposition Place, LP is not required to file a response to the Plaintiff’s
14 Complaint in Federal Court, and its Answer filed on March 9, 2016 in State Court
15 shall suffice.
