Snyder: The Court DENIES Americas' request to sta y its preliminary injunction. However, the Court GRANTS Americas' motion to modify the preliminary injunction. Accordingly, the following preliminary injunction HEREBY supersedes the Court's 12/7/2016 order: The Court ORDERS that until furt her order of the Court, the 2010 License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and that defendant Infineon Technologies Americas Corp.'s purported termination of that agreement on 3/22/2016 shall have no effect.
