On June 19, 2017, The Court denied without prejudice Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment for failing to prove up damages 77 . On July 24, 2017, Plaintiff file an amend ed Motion for Default but failed to request an ascertainable dollar amount in damages. As such, Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit a reasonable estimate of Plaintiff's damages owing to the sale of infringing goods. Plaintiff must submit this within 3 days of this Order. (pso)
