Security. Pursuant to Rule 25(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
Nancy A. Berryhill should be substituted for Acting Commissioner Carolyn
W. Colvin as the defendant in this suit. No further action needs to be taken
to continue this suit by reason of the last sentence of section 205(g) of the
Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).

Based upon the parties’ Stipulation for Award of EAJA Fees (“Stipulation”), and
good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff is awarded attorney’s fees under the Equal Access

to Justice Act in the amount of THREE-THOUSAND FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS
5
and NO CENTS ($3,400.00), as authorized by 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), and Court costs in
6
the amount of FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS and NO CENTS, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
7
1920, subject to the terms of the Stipulation.
