(“SPS”) and U.S. Bank, N.A., Successor Trustee To 26 Bank of America, N.A., Successor to Lasalle Bank N.A., as Trustee, For The WAMU 27 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR3 (“U.S. Bank”) (collectively the 28 1 1 “Defendants,” and together with Plaintiff, the “Parties”), and good cause appearing 2 therefor, 3 IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulation is APPROVED. 4 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint is hereby dismissed with 5 6 7 prejudice as to Defendants. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Parties shall bear their own fees and costs, including all attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with this action. 8 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction for the 9 purpose of enforcing the terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the 10 11 Parties.
