MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER IMPOSING SANCTIONS AGAINST DEFENDANT ALLSTATE INS. CO. AND DEFENDANT'S COUNSEL SUZANNE BADAWI by Magistrate Judge Jay C. Gandhi. The Court hereby ORDERS the following: 1) Defendant shall pay attorneys' fees in the amount of $12,500.00 to Plaintiff's counsel no later than January 10, 2017; 2) Defendant shall pay sanctions in the amount of $500.00 to the Clerk of Court no later than January 10, 2017; and3) Ms. Badawi shall pay sanctions in the amount of $950.00 to the Clerk of the Court no later than January 10, 2017.
