On July 26, 2016, the Court issued an Order Re: Procedures in Social Security Case (“CMO”) (Docket Entry No. 9). On September 12, 2017 the parties filed a fifth Stipulation for Extension of Time to file the Parties’ Joint Stipulation (Docket Entry No. 28) and the Court extended the filing of the Joint Stipulation to November 20, 2017 (Docket Entry No. 29). To date, the parties’ have failed to file their Joint Stipulation or request an extension of time in which to do so. The Court ORDERS the parties’ to promptly file the Joint Stipulation within five (5) days of the date of this Order.
