The Court previously issued its Order Granting Motion By Defendant Pruco

2 Life Insurance Company For Summary Judgment (Dkt. 37) and its Statement Of
3 Decision Granting Defendant’s Motion For Summary Judgment (Dkt. 38). For the
4 reasons set forth in those orders, the Court now enters Judgment in favor of
5 Defendant/Counter-Claimant Pruco Life Insurance Company.
