Master Participation Trust (erroneously sued as “U.S. Bank, N.A.”) (“USB Trust as

Trustee for LSF9”), and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.’s

(“MERS”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss (see Docket Nos. 31-32)
